January 25-26, 2017 representatives of Santiago de Compostela University (coordinator of ERASMUS + program project UNISON) and Don State Technical University participated in the information and consulting workshop held by EACEA (Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency) at Management Center Europe in Brussels (Belgium).
The two-day training was addressed to project managers and project coordinators of KA2 “Capacity Building in Higher Education” projects within ERASMUS + program, which received funding for 2016-2019.
The wider objective of the information and consulting workshop was to distribute strategically important information on the crucial trends in project management.
The program of the event included training courses, workshops, round tables, which covered a wide range of areas such as project management, universal technologies for efficient management of project changes, examination of subject area, structural planning.
The information and consulting workshop is an open platform for interaction between all the regions involved in the ERASMUS + program (South Africa, Eastern Europe / Caucasus / Russia, Central Asia, Asia, Latin America, the Western Balkans, Southern Mediterranean / Middle East) implementation.
